INSTRUCTION FOR USE:
Mix three (3) scoops or 50g of YESkid A+ with 195ml of lukewarm water. Stir or shake vigorously. Alternatively, YESkid A+ can be incorporated into cereal, porridge, soup, or other daily food. It can also be served together with your favourite beverages.

STORAGE:
YESkid A+ must be stored in a cool and dry place, but not refrigerated. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. The container must be tightly sealed to keep it fresh after use. Once opened, finish the content within 3 weeks. After reconstitution, YESkid A+ must be consumed immediately or refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
INTENDED USE:
For children 2 to 12 years old, YESkid A+ can be used with or between meals or as a sole source of nutrition for oral or tube feeding. Ask your doctor, pharmacist or dietitian guidance for your child's nutritional needs.
